Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of our handmade soaps and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-returnable Items

Opened or used personal-care products, custom or personalized items, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
