Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, package size, destination, and available carrier rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Luna Creations is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the package and items. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.
